As an experienced Recruitment Director, Leonard brings extensive knowledge in HR, Talent Management, and People Analytics. Throughout his career, he has designed, implemented and executed international recruitment campaigns in over 20 countries, primarily in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
His success is driven by his ability to build strong relationships at all levels. He holds a BSc in Business and a Master’s degree in Performance Management. He also holds a CIPD Associate certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, and he is a proud member of CEBMa – the Center for Evidence-based Management and ILM – the Institute of Leadership & Management, both of which provide opportunities for continued learning and professional development.
In addition to his work as a Recruitment Director, he is actively involved in investing in startups and new technologies such as AI, VR, XR, Blockchain (including Metaverse and NFTs), and other exciting emerging technologies.
