Cosmin has an extensive professional background as a business consultant and project manager, having managed investments and grants made by the local government, World Bank and European Union. For the past nine years, he has devoted his efforts to his tech and business consulting startup.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, two Master’s degree (Financial Management and European Studies), a Doctorate in Management and Marketing and has completed extensive postdoctoral studies in the area of information systems and innovation.
Cosmin is a scientific committee member for “Academic Conferences and Publishing International Limited,” headquartered in the UK. In this role, he reviews a wide range of articles to be published in prestigious scientific journals. His expertise spans across Business, Management, IT and Artificial Intelligence domains.
